Review: Helen

As a parent, nothing is more important to me than the safety, happiness, and developmental growth of my child. I found all these qualities and more at Mill House Child Care.

From the moment I walked into Mill house, the warm and inviting atmosphere stood out. It is apparent that every detail of the facility has been designed with children’s comfort and enjoyment in mind. The nursery is bright, clean, and filled with an array of educational toys and learning materials that stimulate children’s curiosity and creativity.

The staff at Mill house Child Care is its greatest asset. They are not only professional and highly trained in early childhood education but also genuinely caring and nurturing. The child to carer ratio is low, ensuring that each child gets the individual attention they need. My child has developed a strong bond with their key worker, which has significantly eased the typical anxieties associated with separation.

Mill house’s curriculum is another strong point. They offer a wide range of activities that cater to all areas of child development – physical, cognitive, social, and emotional. The emphasis on outdoor play and exploration has been a particular hit with my little one.

Communication with parents is also top-notch at Mill house. They keep us informed about our child’s day, development milestones, and any concerns promptly and respectfully. They also offer many opportunities for parents to get involved, creating a sense of community among the parents, children, and staff.

In terms of health and safety, Mill House is excellent. The meals provided are balanced and nutritious, catering to various dietary needs. They maintain a strict health and safety protocol, and I’ve always felt confident in the level of cleanliness and security at the center.

Overall, Mill House Child Care offers a home away from home for my child. I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for their child’s early years.
